Sharon Bag Free Crochet Patterns

Sharon Bag Crochet Pattern
Sharon Bags

In today’s post I want to share with you my Sharon Bag Free Crochet Patterns.  This crochet pattern is my very first FREE crochet pattern on my website!

With Mother’s Day right around the corner and the Sharon Bag being named after my mom I feel this is the perfect crochet pattern to share with you today.

My mom bought a new iPad and wanted something to carry it in to help protect it.  My mom asked me to make her something she could carry it around in.  Therefore the Sharon Bag was created.

You can download an Ad Free version of this pattern from the Ravelry Store here. from my Etsy Shop here or LoveCrafts here.

In this post, not only are you getting the 1 free crochet pattern of the Sharon Bag, but 2 free crochet patterns in one!  I designed 2 versions of the Sharon Bag  because some people don’t have a protective case around their tablet like I do, so I made a smaller version for those of you who have smaller tablets or just want a smaller bag.

By no means is the Sharon Bag just for electronic tablets.  The Sharon Bag can be used as a Purse, a Makeup Bag, a Phone Bag, and can be used many other ways.  You can accessorize the Sharon Bag as well.  You can add a button, a magnetic closure, a shoulder strap, and more!

Now that all of that has been said, here is version 1, which is the Large version of the Sharon Bag.  I shipped this version to my mom and she says it’s a GREAT fit!  If you have never done Braid stitches or Cable stitches, I have a couple of Video Tutorials inside the pattern to help you.

Wrapped In Love Set-Cancer Awareness

This post is titled “Wrapped In Love Set-Cancer Awareness.”  Today I want to tell you about a crocheted hat and cowl set I designed for Cancer Awareness which is recognized in October.  I call it the ‘Wrapped In Love Set!’  I designed this crochet pattern with all of my loved ones who were diagnosed with cancer.  There are quite a few women in my family who were diagnosed with one form or another of this disease.  I Praise God and am glad to say they beat the disease, they are true Cancer Survivors!

Amazon Business is changing the way companies buy supplies. For most small businesses, buying supplies can be time-consuming and frustrating. Finding the best product at the best price with the most convenient payment terms can be a challenge, especially when they have other tasks that need to be completed. Amazon Business is the solution and brings big benefits to businesses of all sizes and industries.

In designing the ‘Wrapped In Love Set’ there are rows and rows of hearts that go around the head and neck.  Therefore they are wrapped in love.  In crocheting the items for my Etsy Shop I used Red Heart yarn called “With Love,” so the wearer is wrapped in more LOVE!  I wrote this pattern in 3 different sizes:  Child, Men, and Women.  A great thing about the ‘Wrapped In Love Set’ is that the hat and cowl are reversible!  The wearer can wear the hat and cowl set 2 different ways!  You can find the Wrapped in Love Set on my website in my Etsy Shop Items under Clothing Accessories.

The Wrapped In Love Set is not only for cancer sufferers or survivors to wear, but for anyone who would love to show their support for cancer awareness.  I have 2 ways you can show your support and spread the word about Cancer Awareness.

JOANN Stores20% Off Your Total Purchase PLUS $4.99 Shipping!

One way you can show your support is by purchasing a ‘Wrapped In Love Set.’  Part of the purchase price of $30 will be donated to the American Cancer Society during the month of October.  I have stocked my Etsy Shop JosCraftyHook with these sets.  You can purchase any size:  Child, Men, or Women.  You can also find the set in Etsy Shop Items on my website under Clothing Accessories.  here

If you do not want the set in the colors they are made in, you can place a Custom Order.  In the Custom Order you can choose 1 or 2 colors in your size.  As I tell all my customers,” the best thing about Jo’s Crafty Hook is that everything in my shop can be customized to fit your style, size, and color(s).  You can customize your own Handmade Crocheted Creations!”  You can also fill out the form below and to place your Custom Order.

Another way to show your support for Cancer Awarenss is to purchase the crochet pattern for the ‘Wrapped In Love Set.’  The $5 crochet pattern has all 3 sizes in one.  You can purchase the crochet pattern at my Etsy Shop JosCraftyHook or at from my Ravelry Store  Jo’s Crafty Hook Designs.  You will also find the digital pattern on my website in my Etsy Shop Items here.  Part of these proceeds from the purchase of the pattern will be donated to the American Cancer Society during the month of October.  This crochet pattern would be great for people with Scoliosis and chronic pain to do.  The pattern is quick and easy, which would leave you with a great sense of accomplishment and showing your support!

In making sure this crochet pattern was correct, I had a great group of women help me with the written design.  They tested the pattern to make sure the pattern was correct in every way.  Therefore, I would like to thank my Wrapped In Love Set pattern tester group for all their help.  They are Anne Thrift, Debra Chonos, Anna Yetter, April Pendleton, and Amulya Prakash.  Thank you ladies for all your assistance and support!  I would also like to thank my family for all of the support they show me year round, but especially for their help for this great cause!  Thank you Jim Baird, Jacob Baird, and Jessie Baird, Momma loves you!
