Little Darling Preemie Sleep Sack Crochet Pattern
The Little Darling Sleep Sack Crochet Pattern was a design specifically for Sunflower Cottage Crochet’s 2024 Preemie Crochet Challenge.
For the last couple of years I have had the pleasure of working with Helen and her Preemie Crochet Challenges. The 2024 Preemie Crochet Challenge helps bring awareness for the challenges families face when their babies are born premature.
