Diamonds Square Crochet Pattern

I am happy to bring you my Diamonds Square Crochet Pattern that was designed specifically for the Friendship Blanket CAL hosted by Helen and Sara of Sunflower Cottage Crochet.

This page contains affiliate links.  You can make a purchase using these links that I provide where I may receive compensation (at no added cost to you.)  Purchases you make will help keep my website, my Ravelry Store, my Etsy Shop, and LoveCrafts  going and provide quality designs just for you!

In designing the blanket, we wanted to bring you squares that have texture and definition.  When crocheting the diamond square you will see a lot of texture and definition in the shapes that appear.

When designing the square and thinking about the blanket, I wanted to cover you in what every person loves, Diamonds!  With the finished look of the square it reminds me of the diamond pattern that shows up in Argyle Socks.  lol

The diamonds square crochet pattern uses the basic crochet stitches found in many crochet patterns.  I used the Argyle Shell Stitch.  If you are unfamiliar with this stitch, there are helpful picture and video tutorials in the pattern below.
