My Fingers Fly
Last year the Getty Museum challenged people to recreate famous works of art. The results were sometimes amazing, sometimes hysterical. I decided to try my own recreation using crochet. Turns out, one of the biggest challenges was finding a famous painting that looked easy enough to duplicate in yarn but still appealed to me visually. I wanted something colorful to cheer me up on these dreary days. Settling on one of Van Gogh’s sunflower paintings, I rummaged through my yarn stash to find the appropriate colors.

The Easter Basket crochet pattern was a direct download from Fosbas Designs website, so you would not have been able to get the pattern from Ravelry or Esty. The free pattern was good for 24 hours, from 9a EST on May 3 until 9a EST on May 4.
The code for the Easter basket is wrong.
