Freyja Nordic Necklace

The Freyja Nordic Necklace Crochet Pattern is one of those crochet patterns that you can customize from what it was originally designed for.  A little farther below you will see it how my testers customized theirs using thinner yarn for a person’s necklace; or used for a Hat Band; or used for a Wrist Band; or used for a Cat & Dog Necklace using both DK Weight and Worsted/Aran Weight Yarn.

So, why not even try different thicknesses of yarn to make yourself one!  You will find a free crochet pattern of the Freyja Nordic Necklace below.

The Freyja Nordic Necklace Crochet Pattern came to be because my son loves anything to do with Norse History.  That is why he named his dog Freyja.  Ever since she was a puppy I loved to dress her up.  My son even started asking me to make things for Freyja lol.  So I decided to design something that relates to Nordic History and Freyja’s name.  This is how I came up with this design.

Suzy’s Cloths

Suzy’s Cloths – Washcloth and Burp Cloth

The Suzy’s Cloths are the perfect crochet pattern to make and gift to new mother’s at a Baby Shower.

This post contains affiliate links

New mother’s may not realize how much babies get sick during burping or after.  Also, they might not think about putting a cloth or towel on their shoulder or under they baby’s face while burping them.

I don’t know HOW many times I did not do this myself!   It is a great idea to do this, because not only will the parent have to change the baby, but they will have to change themselves.  lol
